2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp paprika
4 cloves of garlic
Additional oil for basting

Directions:
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients. Rub all over your turkey, inside the cavity too. Stuff if you wish. Roast at 325º. Baste every 20 min.
