3/4 CUP VEG. OIL
2 CUPS OF SUGAR
2 CUPS OF A.P. FLOUR
1 TSP. SODA
1 TSP. SALT
1 TSP. VANILLA
1/2 CUP BUTTERMILK
2 EGGS
ICING:
1 STICK OF BUTTER
4 TBSP. OF COCO
6 TBSP.OF MILK
1 BOX OF POWERED SUGAR

Directions:
PRE~HEAT OVEN TO 325* BRING TO BOIL,BUTTER, WATER,COCO,& OIL. MIX FLOUR,SODA,SALT,VANILLA,BUTTERMILK & EGGS .MIX WITH THE HOT MIXTURE. MIX WELL & BAKE IN SPRAYED 9X13 PAN FOR 40 MINS.
ICING:
BRING ICING INGRED. TO A BOIL, REMOVE FROM HEAT & ADD 1 BOX OF POWERED SUGAR. POUR OVER THE HOT CAKE.
