½ cup butter softened
½ cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1¼ cups all purpose flour
¼ tsp baking soda
⅛ tsp salt
2 dozen Hershey's Kisses with Caramel
½ cup ground almonds
½ cup ground toffee bits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Remove wrappers from the caramel kisses.
Chop almonds and toffee bits together in food processor.
Pour toffee and almond mixture into a separate bowl.
Cream together butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
In a measuring cup or separate small bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Blending well to form dough.
Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture.
Use cookie scoop to form one inch balls from the dough.
Roll the cookies in the almond toffee mixture to thoroughly coat each one.
Place the cookie on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake approximately 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately press a caramel kiss into the center of each cookie.
Transfer cookies to wire rack to cool.
