3-4 Ripe bananas (4 bananas is best)
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar (light)
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil (I used canola)
1/2 cup milk (I used skim)
1 egg
1 cup nuts-optional (I used walnuts)
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Spray 2 loaf pans with Pam or grease them.
You could use cupcake pan/papers too.
Peel 3-4 ripe bananas, and mush them up in a large bowl
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour 1/2 into each loaf pan
Bake for 1 hour
Serve with peanut butter, butter or nothing. Excellent warmed up in the microwave.
