2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
2/3 c. sour cream
3 mashed bananas
1/2 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar & shortening. Add beaten eggs. Mix flour with baking soda. Add 1/3 of flour - blend; add 1/2 of sour cream - blend, add 1/3 of flour - blend, add 1/2 of sour cream - blend, add remaining flour.

Add bananas & nuts.

Place in 2 loaf pans, bake for 1 hr at 325º F until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
