Meatballs:
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1-1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. milk
1 small onion, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Sauce:
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
2 T. vinegar
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. worcestershire sauce

Optional: best served over white rice or cooked noodles.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Meatballs:
Combine ground beef, oatmeal, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Form into 2" balls. Brown in small amount of oil.
Place browned meatballs in baking dish.

Sauce:
Mix together ketchup, water, vinegar, brown sugar and worcestershire sauce. Pour over meatballs in baking dish.

Cover baking dish and bake in 350º oven for 1 hour.

Best served over white rice or cooked noodles.
