Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Cooked rice
2-3 Tbsp. Sesame oil (or other stir-fry oil)
1/4 - 1/2 c.. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chicken broth (can sub water)
Chicken patties (one per person)
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 c. frozen peas
1 tsp. fresh minced garlic
2 tsp. fresh ginger
1 egg mixed up

Directions:
Directions:
Optional sauce fillers: ex. miso, sweet chili sauce, etc. Add to suit your taste.

Cook rice, not the Minit-maggot style rice. Set aside. In medium skillet, cook garlic and onions for a minute or two in sesame oil. Add brown sugar, ginger, soy sauce and chicken broth and let simmer and allow sauce to reduce. Set aside.

Microwave chicken patties until no longer frozen but warmed through, not hot. Cut the patties into cubes and dump them into simmering sauce. Cover and cook until egg is done and chicken is hot. Serve mixture, including some sauce, over the top of steamed rice in a bowl. Have someone pray so you don't get sick. Eat.
