2 lbs Gr. Beef Cooked with Cel. Seed/Nutmeg
1 Plus Onion minced
5 carrots minced
4 celery stalks, thinly sliced
1/2 cup plus Barley/Lentils
Sliced Mushrooms
Salt & Pepper
Add: Thyme, Onion Powder, Cilantro, Lime Juice

1 28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
30 Oz. Beef Broth
1 Can Condensed Tomato Soup
2 Cups of Water
1 Bottle of Tomato Sauce
1 tsp minced Garlic or Powder, Chili Pepper, Rosemary, Red Wine

Put in Crock Pot on high for 2 hours and low for 6 hours

Serve with my cornbread muffins (Made with Greek Yogurt & Coconut Oil)
