1- 28 oz. can sliced peaches
2 tsp. corn starch
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Drain peaches-reserve liquid for use later. Place peaches in 8 x 8 baking dish. Place peach liquid in bowl. Blend corn starch into liquid. Microwave on high 30 to 60 seconds or until thickened and clear, stirring midway through cooking. Pour sauce over peaches. Place sugar, flour, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl. Blend in milk and stir until smooth. Pour over peaches in baking dish. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until golden.
