1/2 c butter
3/4 c brown sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c oil
1-2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
4 TBSP cocoa
1/2 c chocolate chips
4c grated zucchini
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Combine together butter, brown sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla. Mix well. Add in flour, cinnamon, salt, soda, cocoa and chocolate chips. Mix well. Stir in zucchini. Pour into 2 loaf pans and bake 45 minutes.
