1/3 c. cocoa
2 T. butter
2 c. granulated sugar
3 c. uncooked minute oats
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter

Directions:
Mix cocoa, butter, sugar and milk in saucepan. Bring to boil for 1 minute. Add oats, vanilla and peanut butter. Mix quickly. Drop by spoonful on wax paper. Once cookie is set remove from wax paper and store in air tight container.
