1 Red or Yellow Pepper sliced
1/2 Sweet Onion sliced
1 Zucchini slice 1/4 inch thick
2 T Marsala spice
2 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Opt: Olives

Directions:
Directions:
Stir fry vegetables in olive oil. Cook 10 mins then add Marsala, Thyme, Garlic Powder and salt to taste. Continue stirring and cooking. Remove from heat while peppers are still crisp. Top with drained olives if desired.
