Meatballs, sauteed
2 chicken breasts
2 tbls. butter
1 chopped shallot
1/2 c. dry white wine
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbls. parsley
1 c. baby peas, frozen
sauce
crust
1/2 lb. mozzarella
smoked sausage
penne pasta
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken breasts with shallots for 4-5 minutes. Brown. Raise heat to high and add wine and boil for 1-2 minutes. Reduce heat, add parsley, lemon and boil until reduced to 2-3 tbls. Set aside. Make sauce, add smoked sausage and cook for 1 hour. Butter sides of spring-form pan, pressing dough into the pan. Layer pasta, sauce, peas, 1/2 sausage, meatballs, chicken, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Repeat. Save enough sauce to cover before topping with crust. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
