2 tbsp. butter
1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
1 small green pepper, finely chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tbls. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
salt/pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and green pepper and cook until softened, about 15 minutes.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Add ketchup, mustard, vinegar, sugar and cloves.
Reduce heat to medium low, cover and cook, stirring occasionally, unitl thick and dark, 25-30 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
