1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup half and half
3 tbsp butter
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water. Cook until potatoes are tender, drain well.
Mash potatoes and add cream cheese, butter, salt, pepper and cream. Mash well.
