1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
4 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. Mirin wine
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. pineapple juice concentrate
2 tbsp. corn starch
2 tbsp. sesame seed oil
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. cilantro
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. chili pepper (opt)
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soy sauce, honey, sugar, rice vinegar, and pineapple juice in a medium-sized bowl. Slowly stir mixture and gently pour in the corn syrup, corn starch, sesame seed oil and Mirin wine. Add all seasonings including garlic, chili pepper, black pepper, ginger, cilantro and crushed red pepper to the liquid mixture. Blend the mixture with a whisk to mix evenly for several minutes, or until the corn starch in incorporated completely into the mixture. Allow sauce to set for 30 minutes prior to serving. Refrigerate leftovers and stir before using. Makes about 3 cups of sauce.
