1 lb. pork chops
4 T. chili powder (to taste)
2 T. paprika
1 slice toast (medium to dark)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Salt pork chops on both sides.

2. Pan fry in very hot pan with 1 T. oil until well browned.

3. Lower heat and cover. Simmer about 15 minutes. Drain grease.

4. Mix chili powder and paprika in ½ cup water and add to meat.

5. Crumble toast and mix well with ¼ cup water. Add to meat and chili sauce.

6. Mix all ingredients and cook about 35 minutes or more.

7. You may add water as desired during cooking.

8. Great with spanish rice, beans and corn tortillas!
