16 slices bread, crusts removed
Canadian bacon or ham
Grated sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup butter
1/2 to 1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 cups milk
Dash Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Line 9 x 13 in. pan with 8 slices of bread. Cover with bacon or ham. Put on a layer of grated cheese. Top with 8 slices of bread. Beat the remaining ingredients together and pour over the layers. Keep in the refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350º, uncovered, for 1 hour. Serve with fruit.
