4 cups cooked chicken breasts
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup (or more) toasted pecans, roughly chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. celery salt (or more to taste)
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chopped chicken breasts and mix with artichokes and pecans. Stir together mayonnaise, salt, celery salt and pepper. Combine well with chicken mixture.

This is wonderful cold, but can also be served hot. Spread on slices of toasted bread and top with Jack or Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 deg. for 10 minutes of so.
