4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix
3 lbs. canned peeled tomatoes with juice
1 tsp oregano
freshly ground pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, arrange meat and cover with soup mix and tomatoes. Sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, pepper, olive oil and vinegar. Simmer, covered 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done. Can also be cooked in a crock pot on low for 4-6 hours. (Leftovers can be turned into soup by adding chicken broth, veg's, noodles, grains)
