Meatballs:
1 lb hamburger
2 eggs, beaten
9 drops Tobasco
1 C crushed cracker crumbs
2 T instant minced onion
2 T sweet pepper flakes
1/4 tsp garlic salt

Sauce:
3/4 C catsup
1/2 C water
1/4 C vinegar
1/3 C brown sugar, packed
1-1/2 T instant minced onion
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1-1/2 tsp salt
6 drops Tobasco
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the meatball ingredients together
Shape into 1 - inch balls
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes

Combine all of the sauce ingredients together and pour over the meatballs
Bake at 350º for 60 more minutes
