24 fresh medium mushrooms
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 garlic clove crushed
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Gently remove stems from mushrooms. Set mushroom caps aside. In a small saucepan, over medium heat, combine all remaining ingredients. Stir well to melt butter. Fill mushroom caps and arrange them on a baking sheet. Broil for 3-4 minutes or bake at 350º for 5-10 minutes. until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve hot.
