5 lbs potatoes
3 eight oz packages cream cheese
1 cup sour cream ( or more)
salt to taste (less is better)
butter and paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and mash potatoes. Add cream cheese, sour cream and salt as needed.

Put in a buttered 9 X 12 casserole. Place potatoes in dish and dribble butter over the top. Sprinkle with paprika.

Refrigerate overnight covered. Bring to room temperature and preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Bake 25 minutes or longer until hot.
