2 pounds of hamburger
1 package of stove top dressing ( chicken flavor)
1/2 can of mushroom soup, 1/2 Can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 can of water

Directions:
Directions:
Divide ground beef into 8 large thin patties. Prepare dressing according to package directions. Place a large spoonful of dressing on 1/2 of each patty, and fold over the rest of the patty and seal the edges with your fingers. Brown beef birds on both sides, and place in a 9x13 pan. Combine chicken, mushroom soups and water and spoon over the patties. Bake at 325º for one hour.
** May add chopped green pepper, pimento or almonds on the top of the patties. ( I usually did not do this)
