Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef (or ground chicken, turkey, or pork)
salt and pepper to taste
4 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Sriracha sauce
1 tsp ginger paste
1 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp white vinegar
4 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
5 green onions, sliced
1 bag (14-16 oz) frozen stir-fry veggies
14 oz pkg Coleslaw cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, season with salt and pepper. Remove from pan and set aside.
Sir together soy sauce, Sriracha, ginger, sugar, and vinegar; set aside.
Heat oil in pan, saute garlic and onion. Stir in veggies and saute until warm; stir in cabbage and heat until desired tenderness.
Stir in meat and sauce.
Serve with rice.
