1 lb Fettuccine pasta (fresh or dried)
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic,minced
1 zucchini, diced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 cup chopped fresh basil
4 roma tomatoes, chopped
1 lb scallops or can use shrimp
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot with boiling water cook pasta until a la dente. Drain.
In a large saucepan, heat oil, add garlic and cook until tender. Add zucchini, salt red pepper flakes and saute for 10 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, scallops and fresh basil, and simmer for 5 minutes or until scallops are opaque. (or shrimp is pink)

Pour sauce over cooked pasta and serve with grated cheese.
