1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 small onion, diced
spinach
crushed red pepper flake
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp hot sauce
1 jar hot and spicy pasta sauce or homemade pasta sauce

1/2 Asiago cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Throughly cook ground beef and onion. Drain well. Add garlic, red pepper flakes and salt. Stir for 1 minute. Add pasta sauce and hot sauce, stir well, cook until heated. Stir in chopped spinach and cook until spinach is wilted. Add cheese and stir. Pour over prepared pasta.
