Meatballs:
2 lbs ground beef
1 egg
2 pieces bread
1/2 c parsley
1/3 c parmesean cheese
salt & pepper to taste

Sauce:
1 large onion chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 large can crushed tomato
1 large can diced tomato
splash of red wine
1 can tomato paste
1 bay leaf
Red pepper flakes to taste
1T dried oregano
1T dried basil
1t dried thyme
1t sugar

Meatballs:
Preheat oven to 400
Combine all ingredients and form into balls (about 1 1/2 in.)
Lay out on cookie sheet
Bake for 18-22 mins or until no longer pink on the inside

Sauce:
Combine all ingredients in large sauce pan
Let simmer for as long as possible (gets better the longer you cook it!)
