1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 C flavored breadcrumbs
3 tbls grated cheese
Salt to taste
Dried parsley and basil
2 eggs
Sauce
1 large can of tomatoes(purée-crushed)
1 small can tomatoe paste
1/2 tsp basil leaves
1/2 tsp garlic powder

1. Mix together sauce ingredients and add water to make a tomatoe sauce thickness.
2. Start warming on stove in large pot.
3. Mix meats etc and form into 1 in balls.
4. Place raw meatballs in sauce and bring to very low simmer, stir gently.

This is the kind of meal to cook on the stove a few hours, the smell is yummy.
You can also use your favorite spaghetti sauce as welll, choose a plain one as the meatballs will make the sauce very flavorful!
Note: make sure there is enough sauce so the meatballs are completed submerged a couple inches, so about 3-4 inches deep after meatballs are in the sauce. The sauce line will rise as you add meatballs.
