2/3 c. warm water
1 c. vegetable oil
1 can 16 oz. pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 T. baking soda
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
4 c. sugar
1 bread tins

Directions:
Directions:
1. generously spray Pam and flour bread tins.

2. Beat eggs, oil, water and pumpkin, then add flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon to egg mixture and continue to beat mixture

3. Mix in nuts

4. Pour mixture evenly into two bread pans and bake at 350º for 1 hr. 30 min/ 1 hr. 40 minutes. Tooth pick comes out clean when inserted into middle of bread.

5. Cool on wired racks and when removing bread from pans first insert sharp knife around bread to help it come out easier. Tap bottom of pans also.

6. Wrap breads tightly in foil when completely cooled

Delicious served warm with butter or whipped cream cheese. My grand children like it with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
