Score the skin several times down to the flesh a bit, then sprinkle with the seasons
and fry in cold skillet with skin down until golden brown. Flip duck to second side and brown. Remove duck to dish and let rest for 20 minutes. Serve with a little of the rendering poured over the duck.
Serve with your favor veggie.
