Olive oil
Sea salt
Ground black peppercorns
Fresh basil leaves
McCormick Organic herbes de Provence
Lemon juice and zest
Aluminum foil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375 degrees
Prepare sole filet by coating with olive oil
Salt, pepper chopped fresh basil and bit of organic herbs
De Provence
Place filet in aluminum foil turning up sides of foil
Add lemon juice and zest
Bake for 20 minutes
Serve filet
