unbleached regular or cocoanut flour
Better than bouillon roasted chicken base
Fresh basil leaves
McCormick Organic herbes de Provence
Sea salt
Ground black peppercorns

Remove baked chicken breasts from cast iron skillet
Add 1 cup pure filtered water
2 TBS flour
1 tsb chicken base
Fresh cut up basil leaves
.5 tsp organic herbes de Provence
Simmer until thickened
Add salt and pepper to taste

Can use various better than bouillon bases for beef or ham gravies add sauteed onions to any base especially beef base.
