1 lb. Jimmy Dean Sage sausage (I used just the regular)
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 stick butter
1 1/3 cup milk, heated
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup hot cooked grits
4 eggs beaten
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, and drain and put in bottom of casserole dish (9 X 11) top w/1 cup cheese .Combine corn muffin mix, hot grits, melted butter, milk and eggs in bowl.   Pour corn muffin, grits mixture on top and top with 1/2 cup cheese.  Bake 325 for 45 minutes.
