1-1/2 loaves of frozen bread dough (Rhode's is the brand I use)-thawed
1 stick Butter-melted
1 handful of fresh Parmesan cheese-grated
Couple handfuls of Mozzarella cheese-grated
Garlic salt (I use Lawry's)
Pam Non-stick cooking spray
plastic wrap

Directions:
Directions:
1. The night before in a 9 x 13 pan put frozen loafs of bread to thaw.

2. In the morning rip thawed bread dough into small pieces and put back in pan. The pieces can overlap some, but it is not necessary since the dough will double in size. Cover with the sprayed (Pam) plastic wrap until ready to cook.

3. When ready to cook pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

4. sprinkle dough with garlic salt

5.top with melted butter

6.top with cheeses

7. Bake for about 20 minutes until light golfden brown and cheese is bubbling.
