1 qt. navy beans
3/4 lb salt pork
2 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1/3 cup molasses
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 whole onion

Directions:
Directions:
Wash beans, soak overnight in water. Pour into saucepan, add more water to cover if necessary. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes or until skins on beans crack. Cut pork and add to pot with beans. Mix together all seasoning, molasses, mustard, brown sugar and add to beans. Put the whole peeled onion in the center of the pot, cover and bake. Bake at 300ºF for 5 - 6 hours, stirring occasionally. Add more water if needed.
