1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp fresh parsley 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
4 cups small red potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Combine oil, garlic, basil, parsley, red pepper flakes and salt in large bowl. Toss washed and dried potatoes until evenly coated. Place in a single layer in a roasting pan or baking sheet.
Roast in preheated oven, turning occasionally, until potatoes are brown on all sides, 45 minutes. May take longer.
