Ingredients:  
1 cup white cornmeal
2 cups boiling water
4 T margarine
2 eggs beaten
1 cup flour
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
Cold water - enough to thin batter - not too thin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornmeal w boiling water making a smooth mush. While hot add margarine. Set aside to cool. Stir in beaten eggs then add flour sifted w baking powder and salt. Add cold water to thin. Bake on hot griddle.
