1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup parsley
salt and pepper
4 cups thinly slice potatoes
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp butter
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, milk, parsley, salt and pepper. In 1 1/2 quart greased casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onions and sauce. Dot with butter and sprinkle grated cheese over top. Cover, bake at 375ºF for 1 hour. Uncover, bake 15 minutes more or until potatoes are done.
