2 lbs. tomatillos, fresh, husked, & chopped
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 - 3 jalapenos, peeled, seeded, and chopped
3 carrots, chopped finely
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Put all ingredients in medium sauce pan over medium-low heat for 20 - 30 minutes. Sir frequently to prevent sticking. Remove from heat and let cool. Put in blender and blend until smooth. The sauce will be thick.
