5 avocados, very ripe
3 tomatoes, medium, seeded & chopped
2 - 3 jalapenos, seeded & chopped
8 green onions, chopped (green part included)
1 lime, juiced

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, seed, and mash avocadoes in medium bowl. Add chopped tomatoes, jalapenos, and onions and mix well. Stir in lime juice and cover the top with lime juice. Put avocado pits the guacamole and cover with saran wrap and refrigerate overnight. The pits will prevent the guacamole turning brow. Will keep 2 - 3 days in refrigerator.

In Mexico guacamole is considered a salad not a sauce so, leave your avacados somewhat chunky. DO NOT put avacados in food processor or blender!
