2 large boxes red jello, I use cherry & strawberry.
1 Cup sugar.
1/2 Cup boiling water.
1 Cup chopped celery.
1 Cup chopped pecans.
1 Cup crushed pineapple, DRAINED.
1 Bag cranberries.
1 orange peel.

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cranberries together with orange peel. (I use a blender) Drain well.
Drain pineapple.
Mix Sugar and Jello well into boiling water. Refrigerate about a half hour. Stir it to keep a film from forming.
Stir in celery, pineapple, cranberries, orange perl, and pecans. Mixture should be thick. Refrigerate.

One of our family favorites. One year Uncle Muck made it for his family and didn't have red jello, so he used green!!
