3 c. rice
1 medium onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
3 T. sesame oil
3 T. minced garlic
4 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 t. salt
2 T. dried cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and garlic. Stir until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add rice and stir until rice starts to brown, about 3-5 minutes.

Stir in broth, salt and cilantro and bring to boil.

Cover and reduce heat to medium-low and cook rice until tender, about 18 minutes.

Remove from heat. Let stand covered for about 10 minutes.
