1/2 c oil
4 eggs
1 butter cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges - undrained

Frosting:
1 can crushed pineapple - undrained
16 oz Cool Whip (extra large tub)
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1/4 c XXX sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges with juice with electric mixer. Pour cake mix into 4 round pans. Bake 15-20 min checking with toothpick to make sure it's done but not overdone.

Frosting: Take pudding, XXX sugar and juice from pineapple and blend together then add pineapple and fold in the Cool Whip. Spread between layers of cake and all around.
