1 qt vanilla ice cream - softened
18 oz jar crunchy peanut butter
8 oz Cool Whip
2 chocolate pie crusts

Directions:
After ice cream has softened beat with electric mixer until the consistency of mashed potatoes, mix peanut butter and Cool Whip into ice cream and mix well. Pour into pie crusts and freeze. Makes enough for 2 pies.
