1/3 c. flour
1c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 c. of milk (your choice of milk)
2 T. butter
3 eggs
1 t. of vanilla

For chocolate add 3 T. of cocoa

Mix the first 3 ingredients
Mix 3 c. of milk with dry ingredients

Mix in the butter

Beat in one egg at a time. Add to mixture and cook on very slow temperature until thick. Very low heat or it will burn. Stir constantly. Add vanilla

For all you Jello people, this is a much better recipe. It is what was made before instant pudding. It will change your life.
