1 lb. lean ground chick
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
½ cup bread crumbs
1 can chunk pineapple, drained, reserving juice
¼ cup cooking oil
1 cup white rice
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut onion and green pepper into bite-sized chunks. Mix ground chuck, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and bread crumbs. Form into 1 inch balls.
In a large skillet, heat oil. Brown meatballs in oil. Set aside. Drain drippings. In same skillet, lightly sauté onion, pepper and pineapple. Remove from heat. Use pineapple juice and a little cornstarch to make a sauce (like pan gravy). Add meatballs. Heat thoroughly. Serve over rice.
