Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Pillsbury Sugar Cookie refrigerated roll
1 pkg plain cream cheese - any type
Any fresh fruit you like - berries, bananas, grapes, pineapple, apple etc

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Press the sugar cookie dough to spread it out on a pizza pan. Bake until golden brown - approx. 10-15 min. Remove from oven and let cool.
Spread cream cheese all around the "pizza". Cover with cut, fresh fruit. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
Note: the original recipe I had calls for adding confectioner's sugar to the cream cheese but I didn't find it necessary - suit your own sweet tooth.
