1 roll Pillsbury Refrigerated sugar cookies
3 ounce Cream cheese
1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

Glaze:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2-3 Tablespoons lemon juice
Stir together to make a smooth glaze.

Heat oven to 350*
1. Let dough stand at room temperature 10 minutes to soften. Line large cookie sheets with cooking parchment paper.

2. In large bowl, break up dough. Add cream cheese, flour and lemon peel; stir with hands until blended.

3. Shape into 36 1 inch balls. Place 2" apart. Bake 9-12 minutes or until edges become lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on pan, then remove to cooling rack. Drizzle with lemon glaze.
