8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 beaten egg
2 cups flour
1 3/4 cup sugar
1cup oil
3 eggs
3 cups shredded carrots
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Combine cream cheese (soft), 1/4 cup of sugar and beaten egg. Set asde
Combine dry ingredients and wet separately. Leaving carrots and walnut for last. Combine the wet and dry. Then add carrots and walnuts.
Place half of batter in greased bundt pan, place cream cheese mixture over top, spreading out. Place remaining batter.
Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
Let cool for 45 minutes before inverting from pan. Sprinkle with icing sugar when cool
